"Work life at IDP means more to me than just a job!" - Phatcharika Khanitchaidecha

“My journey with IDP Thailand began in April 2014 when I joined as an Education Counsellor. Since that time, I have grown and been promoted to Senior Academic Counsellor. 

My role is guiding our customers towards their study abroad aspirations, which is truly fulfilling. From actively assisting them in discovering the most suitable study options to the best institutions, I take pride in being part of their journey from the very beginning. 

What inspires me to continue giving my best every day at work is the passion with which our customers pursue their goals. The best highlights for me have been hearing back from customers once they successfully complete their study program. It’s an incredible feeling to play a part in their success story! 

Work life at IDP means more to me than just a job; it's an experience enriched by a supportive global team, a welcoming culture, and a strong emphasis on professional development. The learning opportunities here have consistently pushed me to grow and refine my leadership skills. In addition to this, I am able to continually improve based on feedback I receive from our customers. I also have been endlessly inspired and supported by my supervisor, Guy!!  

IDP is truly a great place to work, and as an IDP Ambassador for the Southeast Asia region, I take pleasure in proudly sharing glimpses of my #idplife moments with the world on LinkedIn. 

Through the years, I have witnessed IDP's remarkable growth and increase in customer base. Having been a part of this journey makes me proud. The future looks exciting for team IDP, and I look forward to adding even more value to our team and our customers!
