When the IDP Pakistan Team began our journey in financial year 2020, we didn't have an office or a single team member. Fast forward to today - we have established significant presence with offices in key metropolitan cities as well as tier 2 cities now. What makes our journey stand out is the unprecedented launch of additional offices – adding to IDP Pakistan's student placement and IELTS teams' reach to potential students and test takers.
In this highly competitive landscape, we've become the biggest player in Pakistan for direct student recruitment. Though the global challenge of COVID-19 posed a significant hurdle right after our launch, we were able to turn this setback into an opportunity by showcasing teamwork, agility, and resilience. We transformed our newly established offices into virtual hubs for our customers - gaining substantial market share and volumes in difficult times.
Our ability to overcome obstacles stems from focus, passion, and resilience. The commitment to be a market leader from day one, aligned with our mission to be number one, has been a driving force.
