“IDP really is a great place to work and so much more. It is a place where dreams become a reality. Not just for our customers around the world but also for IDP team members from across the globe. 

I joined IDP in 2015 as a digital marketer, and since then, my career has been a journey of continuous learning and growth. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had numerous opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills along the way.  

If I had to pick one highlight in my career it would be the moment I was chosen as an emerging leader for IDP as part of the Maher El Bakry Emerging Leaders Program. This is IDP’s flagship mentoring initiative that develops team members from around the globe.

This was one of the most significant milestones in my career. This program connected me with the Global Leadership Team at IDP, providing invaluable guidance and support. As a result, I had the chance to participate in a certified Product Management course at the renowned 'Product school,' fully funded by IDP. This experience opened doors for me and gave me a solid foundation for future growth. 

Throughout my time at IDP, I've taken on various roles, each offering unique opportunities for learning.  My team and I have been dedicated to driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention while maximising revenue potential for IDP.  I have focused on growth strategies and optimising user journeys - to enhance the customer experience and ensure the success of our products. With a strong background in data analysis, user acquisition, and conversion optimisation, my approach has always been collaborative and results oriented. Overall, I work towards achieving measurable growth and delivering a seamless user experience. 

Additionally, I take pride in mentoring and guiding the team, leveraging my expertise in growth strategies and customer-centric product development – to help drive success for IDP and my team members. 

At IDP, our mission is clear: leveraging our 50 years of experience, we aim to provide quality results for our clients and customers—universities and students. Being part of IDP and contributing to IDP's success story fills me with immense pride. It's a privilege to play a role in helping students around the world make informed decisions about their higher education which has the power to shape their future. 

As I look back, each step I’ve taken at IDP has taken me higher and further in my field. I have been inspired by so many of our global and regional leaders and team members to help me get to where I am now. Each one of you have had a part to play in my success at IDP and I am delighted to be part of such a talented global community. 

And I look forward to taking many more steps in my journey ahead as IDP innovates and forges its way ahead in the industry.
