Even though I began with minimal knowledge, I was able to grow successfully owing to the nurturing environment and the unique work culture here. What stands out is the value and respect we give our team members at IDP. Everyone's voice matters, we are encouraged to express thoughts, provide input, and make suggestions. It's an environment where every team member is treated as a key contributor and trusted.
