28 October 2025If you’ve ever visited our offices at IDP, chances are you’ve seen our fantastic inhouse coffee corner. Led by barista James, the area provides much appreciated caffeine to our teams every day.
James has been hired at IDP through AimBig Employment, an employment service provider which supports individuals with unique skills in joining the workforce.
James completed his training through AimBig’s BusyBeans program with its partner 7Grams coffee to learn the specialised skills required to be a barista.
James says that working at IDP has been great for his confidence.
“Work makes me happier. It has helped my confidence and I look forward to coming into the IDP office,” he said.
AimBig starts with the belief that we are all unique and supports and values diversity and inclusion throughout its operations. Its outlook is a natural fit for us at IDP and our diversity and inclusion goals.
James has also been a key contributor to our sustainable futures initiative through his recycling efforts and use of materials and supplies.
We’re thrilled to have James as part of the IDP team, putting our diversity and inclusion principles into practice.
