IDP has over 5,000 employees located in more than 50 different countries. Each of them bring their own unique insights, experience and skills to enrich our community and organisation. Over our 50-year history, our global community of experts has guided countless people on their journey to achieve lifelong learning and global career aspirations. We’re now expanding and unlocking this network of experts through technology to provide new opportunities and possibilities for our customers.

In 2019, we strengthened our customer-centred ecosystem when we built our global platform. By bringing together our global customers, teams and organisations on one platform, our community has experienced deeper support at all stages of their journey.

This means we are now home to a large community of globally ambitious people, who are connected to the largest network of highly trained experts, who are, in turn, connected to organisations around the world.

Our innovative technologies drive better human interactions, empowering and inspiring our customers to make the right decisions and reach their study and career goals faster. Keeping our community connected also helps us continuously improve and work smarter, basing our decisions on our rich global dataset.
IDP continues to lead the way in tech-enabled learning and career development with the release of our IDP Live app and real-time ‘Offers in Principle’ for students at institutions. Our innovations, however, extend to all areas of digital experience and customer journeys, such as personalisation and full-funnel convenience. By focusing on our customers’ needs and using technology to enable their success, IDP will continue to experiment, innovate and transform the sector in the next five years.
Over the past five years, we’ve been transforming our business by building a digital platform and unmatched global dataset to complement our human expertise and connections. Now that we have delivered our global platform, it is time to realise our vision of building a connected community to guide people with global ambitions on their journey to achieve lifelong learning and career aspirations.
