At IDP, we wholeheartedly support gender equality. In 2021, we became a Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) pay equity ambassador, working to close the gender pay gap. We also joined HESTA’s 40:40 Vision campaign to foster gender-balanced executive teams.
IDP prioritises mental health support and ensures wellbeing initiatives are accessible to all our employees. From an additional day of annual leave known as Wellness Day, to our robust Employee Assistance Program and mental health checks, our employees feel supported to be their best self at IDP.
