We are continuing to strive for gender diverse leadership. Women at the executive and senior level represent 18% and 42% of global leadership accordingly.

Key initiatives include:

Gender equality

At IDP, we wholeheartedly support gender equality. In 2021, we became a Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) pay equity ambassador, working to close the gender pay gap. We also joined HESTA’s 40:40 Vision campaign to foster gender-balanced executive teams.

Mental health support

IDP prioritises mental health support and ensures wellbeing initiatives are accessible to all our employees. From an additional day of annual leave known as Wellness Day, to our robust Employee Assistance Program and mental health checks, our employees feel supported to be their best self at IDP.

Workplace diversity

IDP fosters workplace diversity with our Diversity & Inclusion policy, supported by the Global Diversity & Inclusion Committee and learning and development programs for emerging talent. In 2021, we also signed the #IStandForRespect pledge, standing against workplace sexual harassment.
